Dr. Tony Manes and
Dr. Gina Agostino-Manes
Dr. Gina Agostino-Manes and Dr. Anthony Manes are the doctors and proud owners of Complete Chiropractic Health in Cranberry Township for over 15 years! Dr. Gina Agostino-Manes graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science and Dr. Anthony Manes graduated from Northwestern College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Both doctors attended and graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport IA in 2006 with their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees.
Dr. Agostino-Manes and Dr. Manes are very involved in the Cranberry Township community. Together with their amazing staff and patients they have worked with local charities to raise and donate over $200,000 in the past 15 years. Both doctors are members of the Cranberry Area Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and members of Integrity Doctors. While in school, the doctors had the opportunity to travel to India and provide chiropractic care throughout the country in various hospitals and schools. It was a tremendous experience to help people in another country who do not have access to regular chiropractic care. The doctors have brought that same passion for helping to our local community.
When Dr. Agostino is not adjusting patients, she does a tremendous amount of public speaking on healthy living to educate the public about chiropractic care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Especially with her two young children Mia and Geano. She also enjoys any activities that involve being outdoors. At the age of twelve Dr. Gina suffered a serious neck injury. This was the point in her life when she discovered her passion for Chiropractic. Dr. Gina has been amazed with the results of her regular Chiropractic adjustments and has noticed a huge improvement in her overall health! Sinus problems and headaches no longer plague her life since she became a lifetime Chiropractic patient. As if this wasn’t a big enough sign of her purpose, she also shares her birthday with the birth of Chiropractic!
When Dr. Manes is not adjusting patients, he is involved in the overall operation of the four CCH clinics in Cranberry Twp, Allison Park, Hermitage and Hershey. In his free time, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Dr. Manes also enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, Cubs baseball and Nebraska football. A potentially debilitating sports injury during college was the trigger for Dr. Manes’ passion for Chiropractic. Chiropractic has changed his life forever because it allowed his body to heal properly and naturally. He now enjoys sharing this gift with all of his wonderful patients. Dr. Manes loves playing and spending time with Dr. Gina and his children Mia and Geano.

Dr. Siobhan McDonagh
Dr. Siobhan was born in Quincy Massachusetts and grew up there with her parents and sister. When she was 13, they moved to where her father was from- a tiny village called Carraroe in the western part of Connemara, in the County of Galway in Ireland. They returned to the United States with she was 16, moving to a beautiful town called Hull, MA. After graduating high school, she started her college career, studying Biology at Bethany College in Bethany, WV. She had a connection to this area (and lifelong love for the Steelers) since her mom is from Derry, PA, a town where her grandmother and uncle still reside.
After Graduating from Bethany, Dr. Siobhan started her chiropractic education at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Not only did Seneca Falls provide a beautiful backdrop for her education, it was also where she met her significant other, David, in 2012. After graduation, she returned once again to Massachusetts, where she practiced in the South Shore for 3.5 years. After lots of contemplation, Dr. Siobhan and David decided it was time to return to their Pennsylvania roots, he having grown up in Monroeville. In October 2009 they made their move to Pittsburgh. In their spare time, they love to travel and are self-professed ‘foodies’. If Dr. Siobhan is not traveling or trying a new restaurant, you can find her at home, reading a good book, working on a jigsaw puzzle, or playing a board game.
Her introduction to chiropractic was very nontraditional. After suffering with dizziness for nearly a year, a condition that forced her to give up her dream of playing basketball at the college level, she became fed-up with the traditional model of healthcare that was not providing any answers as to why she felt the way that she did. On a whim, her mother recommended that she see their family chiropractor. He was able to diagnose her issue within her first visit! After a few short months, she was back to feeling herself! It then became her mission to become a chiropractor and help others who also feel helpless. She is so thankful for her chiropractor for not only how much he changed her health, but for how he changed her entire life. Dr. Siobhan’s hope is that she can make others feel the same way by paying-it-forward.
